Do you get confused between PPC and Google Adsense I did until very recently. I have come across an e-book that is the title of this post. Making Sense of Google Adsense.
Now if you were going to buy a product about growing or caring about Roses for instance your probably going to start looking at websites to do with gardening, plants, landscaping, Nurseries. Now the clever people from Google if the website has adsense enabled then display adverts about products or services related to the website that you are visting. So your going to see advert about all things gardening or related to gardening. If you go to a website that offers things other than gardening your going to see other adverts as well possibly. Now the owner of that website is going to get some income if the visitors to the website click on one of those adverts. However you can’t include the advert link in the middle of your text so that the vistors click on it not knowing its an advert that justs not allowed.
There are a whole list of rules that you must follow if you want your website approved by Google to use Adsense. Content is obviously the key you can sell products but you also need to offer content. We all know (or at least we should know that Google is hungry for fresh new content). If you provide fresh new content then you are going to be Google’s next best buddy if you just sell products then your probably not going to get approval for Adsense.
